By using Embvrace, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they protect both you and our community.

By accessing or using Embvrace, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Embvrace provides educational resources, community support, and tools for individuals supporting loved ones with mental health challenges. Our services include:

  • Educational articles and videos
  • Community forums and peer support discussions
  • Self-care tools including mood tracking and breathing exercises
  • AI-powered interactive workshops and guided meditations
  • Text-to-speech guided experiences via ElevenLabs

Embvrace Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription for new iOS users. The price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends, the subscription renews at the displayed price. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting your Embvrace account does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Customers whose verified original App Store download predates the first subscription build retain lifetime access to the included features without a monthly subscription. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to recover access.

App Store purchases are also governed by Apple's standard Terms of Use.

Several features in Embvrace use artificial intelligence, including workshop generators, thread summaries, and content suggestions. Please be aware:

  • AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate
  • AI workshop content is for educational purposes only — not clinical advice
  • Always consult a licensed professional for personal mental health guidance
  • Your workshop inputs are processed by our AI provider to generate insights

Audio narration is powered by ElevenLabs. By using voice features, you also agree to ElevenLabs' terms of service.

As a user of Embvrace, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the privacy and wellbeing of other community members
  • Not post harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts

Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful and supportive of others' experiences
  • Keep content relevant to mental health support
  • Do not provide medical diagnoses or clinical advice
  • Report inappropriate content using the report feature

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Embvrace a license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

Our Content

All platform features, design, and original content are owned by Embvrace and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embvrace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
